Volleyball Training

Volleyball is a fast and explosive sport, therefore we emphasize strength and power training for optimal performance. The program also focuses on preventing overuse injuries and teaching proper jumping and landing technique. 

Youth Athletic Development

A beginner class for kids age 9-12. Class components include teaching proper movement mechanics, speed and agility training, and age-specific strength training. 

Elite Baseball Training

Each athlete is evaluated on movement  and performance testing standards. Like any sport athlete the program focuses on the needs of each athlete and their position. A large component involves shoulder care and promoting healthy rotator cuff muscles. 

Elite Softball Training

Athletes may attend any of the classes listed above. We request that anyone younger than high school age attend classes on Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 or 5:15 pm.
