Our SHREDmill Speed program, simply put, will make you faster! Speed is often an athlete's biggest competitive advantage. The SHREDmill brings speed to the weight room and makes speed training simple.
Our strength program is designed for athlete's weight room needs. We will design program including upper & lower body power, strength and mobility.
Our sports performance program is designed for committed middle & high school athlete's. It's a combination of our SHREDmill Speed & Strength programs.
Our elite sports performance program is for athlete's committed to playing collegiate sports. It's a very demanding program with a combination of our SHREDmill Speed & Strength programs.
We have over 25 years experience working with individuals in private and semi-private sessions. Populations range from young adults to seniors. We work with all age ranges and have extensive experience in functional training and with seniors, including establishing exercise routines post-injury or surgery to maintain or improve quality of life.

"I started taking our daughter Katie to DiNardo Sports in hopes that we could avoid injuries during her volleyball season.
