Our Elite Sports Performance program is designed for any high school or beyond athlete to increase speed, agility, strength and power. Special attention is paid to correct imbalances and prevent overuse injuries. Each athlete will receive an individualized program designed specifically for their needs and sport.

An evaluation screen designed especially for golfers of any age. Results include a full report of findings with explanation of physical strengths and limitations in relation to your golf swing. Follow-up includes a custom Golf Fitness & Performance program and a performance report to see where you stand in relation to your age.

Our Sports Performance program is designed for any middle or elementary school athlete to increase speed, agility, strength and power. Classes focus on age-appropriate basic movement patterns.
We have over 20 years experience working with individuals one-on-one. Populations range from young adult to geriatric. We work with all age ranges and have extensive experience with the geriatric population including establishing exercise routines post-injury or surgery to maintain or improve quality of life.
