SHREDmill Speed & Agility

Our SHREDmill Speed program, simply put, will make you faster!  Speed is often an athlete's biggest competitive advantage.  The SHREDmill brings speed to the weight room and makes speed training simple.

Who's this program for:

Middle & High School athlete's looking to increase speed & acceleration. 

Program Aspects:

  • Movement Prep & Agility
  • Lower Body Plyometrics
  • Sprint Mechanics
  • SHREDmill - Force to Form
  • Lower Body Strength
  • Mobility

Program Requirements:

  • 2  - 1 hour sessions/week
  • 1 - 1 hour session/week programs is available for in-season athletes                  
  • At least 1 day between sessions
  • No Lower body strength training outside of DSP
  • 3 Month Commitment Preferred

Session Length:

  • 1-1.5 hours

Cost:

  • 2- Days/week - $209/month
  • 1-Day/week - $139/month (for in-season athletes)

STrength training

Our strength training program is designed for athlete's weight room needs.  We will design program including upper & lower body power, strength and mobility.

Who's this program for:

Middle & High School athlete's looking to get stronger and powerful.

Program Aspects:

  • Movement Prep & Mobility
  • Upper & Lower Body Plyometrics
  • Upper & Lower Body Strength Training
  • Pre - hab (injury prevention)

Program Requirements:

  • 1 or more  - 1 hour sessions/week
  • 3 Month Commitment Preferred

Session Length:

  • 1 hour 

Cost:

  • 1 Session per week (maximum 5/month) - $129/month
  • 2 Session per week (maximum 9/month) - $189/month
  • Unlimited Sessions per week - $239/month

Sports Performance

Our sports performance program is designed for committed middle & high school athletes.  It's a combination of our SHREDmill Speed & Strength programs.

Who's this program for:

Serious Middle & High School Athletes looking to improve all aspects of performance. 

Program Aspects:

Combination of our SHRDmill Speed & Agility and Strength Programs

Program Requirements:

  • 2  - 1.5 hour sessions/week
  • 1 - 1.5 hour session/week programs are available for in-season athletes                                                                     
  • At least 1 day between sessions
  • No Lower body strength training outside of DSP
  • 3 Month Commitment Preferred

Session Length:

  • 1.5 hours 

Cost:

  • 2 - 1.5 Hour Sessions per week - $239/month
  • 1 - 1.5 Session per week - $189/month (for in-season athletes)

Programs

We work with any athlete motivated to get better

Over the past 25 years we've worked with: Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Dance, Equestrian, Fencing, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Volleyball, & Wrestling athletes to maximize their performance.

Custom Designed Programs

Each one of our programs will be custom designed based on each athlete's training level, age, sport, season, needs and goals. 


Evaluations ($99) are highly recommended but are only required for golf and baseball pitchers. 

Private & Semi - Private Training

Private training is available on a limited basis.  By appointment only.


Semi-Private Training: This is our most popular training model.  Athletes execute personalized training materials in a group setting.  Our athlete-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 8:1 and new clients can expect the first couple of weeks of training with us to be extremely coaching intensive.  Each athlete will be given a custom program that is overseen and progressed each month by our coaching staff.   We offer multiple classes a day, 6 days per week.

Private & Semi-Private Personal Training

We have over 25 years experience working with individuals in  private and semi-private sessions.  Populations range from young adults to seniors.  We work with all age ranges and have extensive experience with the seniors including establishing exercise routines post-injury or surgery to maintain or improve quality of life.
