Over the past 25 years we've worked with: Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Dance, Equestrian, Fencing, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Volleyball, & Wrestling athletes to maximize their performance.
Each one of our programs will be custom designed based on each athlete's training level, age, sport, season, needs and goals.
Evaluations ($99) are highly recommended but are only required for golf and baseball pitchers.
Private training is available on a limited basis. By appointment only.
Semi-Private Training: This is our most popular training model. Athletes execute personalized training materials in a group setting. Our athlete-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 8:1 and new clients can expect the first couple of weeks of training with us to be extremely coaching intensive. Each athlete will be given a custom program that is overseen and progressed each month by our coaching staff. We offer multiple classes a day, 6 days per week.
We have over 25 years experience working with individuals in private and semi-private sessions. Populations range from young adults to seniors. We work with all age ranges and have extensive experience with the seniors including establishing exercise routines post-injury or surgery to maintain or improve quality of life.
