Volleyball is a fast and explosive sport, therefore we emphasize strength and power training for optimal performance. The program also focuses on preventing overuse injuries and teaching proper jumping and landing technique.
Each athlete is evaluated on movement and performance testing standards. Classes are geared for each individual athlete's sport. Strength and conditioning classes focus on improving athlete's mobility, speed, agility, strength and power development.
Certified by Titleist Performance Institute, our trainers work with each golfer on how to address physical limitations related to their golf swing in order to improve their game. Proper strength and conditioning techniques are taught to some of the top golfers in Central Kentucky.
