Mark DiNardo

Born and raised just outside of Niagara Falls in the Village of Lewiston, NY, Mark attended the University at Buffalo and he was a four-year letterman on the UB Football Team.  Mark received his B.S. in Exercise Science from the Universithy at Buffalo and a Masters' Degree in Kinesiology & Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. Mark currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife, Karla, and their four children, Gracie, Luke, Logan and Max (and his dog, Sadie).  Mark is a parishoner at Christ The King and an avid sports enthusiast.  The Buffalo Bills, UK Teams, New York Yankees, Henry Clay Volleyball, Lexington United Volleyball, Glendover Basketball, Southeastern Baseball, Central Kentucky Youth Football, and Lexington Lizzards lacrosse, are among a few of his favorite teams.

Marlene Schulte

Marlene grew up in Camp Point, Illinois.  She played golf competitively at Georgetown College where she was the top player, as well as captain her final two years.  Marlene received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgetown College and a Masters' Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky. Marlene enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their puppy, Baker. She also enjoys leisure reading novels by her favorite author, Diana Gabaldon, and playing various sports including golf, basketball, and backyard volleyball.  Whenever they get a chance,  you'll find the Schulte's watching a Cleveland Browns or Cavaliers game.

Jared Bowling

Jared grew up in Independence, KY. He played football at Eastern Kentucky University while he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He then spent a year as a Strength Coach at Abilene Christian University where he worked with the baseball, softball and track teams. He’s currently earning his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky. He enjoys learning and teaching olympic lifts and working with all age of athletes. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors or watching football with his fiancé, Madison.



Madison Zeitz

Madison completed her undergraduate work at Eastern Kentucky University obtaining a B.S. in general dietetics. She was a 5-year, 3 sport athlete with the Lady Colonels Cross Country, indoor, and outdoor track programs under the OVC and NCAA famous coach, Rick Erdmann. Madison is a newly appointed Dietetic Intern for Daemen College pursuing her RD/CDN credential.
