Born and raised just outside of Niagara Falls in the Village of Lewiston, NY, Mark attended the University at Buffalo and he was a four-year letterman on the UB Football Team. Mark received his B.S. in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and a Masters' Degree in Kinesiology & Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. Mark currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife, Karla, and their four children, Gracie, Luke, Logan and Max (and his dogs, Sadie and Beau). Mark is a parishoner at Christ The King and an avid sports enthusiast. The Buffalo Bills, UK Teams, New York Yankees, Henry Clay Volleyball, Edythe J. Hayes Football and Lacrosse, Lexington United Volleyball, Glendover Basketball, Southeastern Baseball, Central Kentucky Youth Football, and Lexington Lizzards lacrosse, are among a few of his favorite teams.

Tate Mullins has been a sports performance coach with DiNardo Sports Performance since 2020. Originally from Boone County, he attended Ryle high school where he played basketball. Tate graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Science (2017). Upon receiving his degree from UK, he earned his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Tate’s involvement in sports from a young age contributes to his belief that coaching through sports is the best way to teach life lessons, and increase the overall development of athletes. “Sports performance coaching allows me to pursue my passion in continuing my healthy lifestyle while teaching and encouraging others to improve their skill as well as their lifestyle,” said Tate.
When not in the gym, Tate enjoys spending time with his wife, stepdaughter, and 4 dogs on their farm in Harrison County.

Jackson Boggs has been a sports performance coach with DiNardo Sports Performance since 2020. Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Jackson attended Lafayette high school where he pitched and played center field, earning all-state honors his senior year. Jackson graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Science (2020) and is currently working on his doctorate in Physical Therapy (UK-2024). In addition, he is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified level 1 golf fitness coach.
Jackson recently just completed an internship with Cressey Sports Performance where he learned directly under Eric Cressey (NY Yankees Director of Player Health and Performance) about training elite baseball athletes. He is passionate about using training as a way to help prevent future injuries as well as increase performance on the field.
