DiNardo Sports Performance is now offering team training for a maximum of 16-20 players.
1 coach for every 5-6 players.
Each session is around 1.5 hours long of training.
Sessions would consist of a dynamic warm-up, agility, speed drills, SHREDmill speed program, upper & lower body power, strength training, conditioning, and mobility.
Availability:
Monday - Friday: 7pm-8:30pm
Saturday: 9am or 12pm
Players that miss a session can be made up during normal class times.
We have limited availability, so book now if interested.
